Debate Gate—Carter’s debate papers were stolen. Stefan Halper, who was the partner in Harvey Mcleans Palmer National Bank, that was first financed with a 2.8 million dollar loan from Herman K. Beebe to Harvey Mclean. Beebe served nine months in federal prison for bank fraud and financed New Orleans based organized crime figures, including Vincent and Carlos Marcello.

E. Howard Hunt testified in the libel case against spotlight magazine that he was in France immediately after WW II working for Averill Harriman’s Economic Cooperation Administration, a C.I.A. front.
Averill Harriman was partner to Prescott Bush in Brown Brothers Harriman and Union Bank of New York—they were close business associates.
Prescott Bush’s Union Bank of New York was seized under the Trading with the Enemy act in 1942 as being a German Asset. He owned shares in it along with German criminals and Averill Harriman.
A declassified 1977 FBI document, titled Assassination of John F. Kennedy, is about a meeting between the FBI and CIA the day after the assassination.
Written by Hoover, the memo names George Bush as one of two CIA officials sent to get Hoover's report on the activities of the CIA's misguided anti-castro Cubans. The memo says that George Bush was in the CIA in 1963. This memo shows that a George Bush was supervisor on the "misguided" Cuban operations.
Misguided Cubans are implicated in the Kennedy Assassination.
